I cant find a live in maid and caregiver for my elderly mom?

Hi, my husbad, me, and my daughter live with my mother. We work alot and I need to find a live in maid and caregiver, and possible driver for her and my daughter any info would be great. p.s. the salary would be around 250 a week. and I live in IL
